During the five-day course, students will learn about the key elements of the Microsoft 365 administration tasks (tenant management, identity synchronization, security, compliance) and how to manage them effectively.  

The aim of the course is to enable students to acquire and independently apply the knowledge required to design, implement and operate Microsoft 365 and its services, with an emphasis on effective identity and service management, data and information security.  

The course is designed for students who are or will be responsible for the enterprise management of Microsoft 365 and want to gain a better knowledge of this topic.  

Students should have prior knowledge of DNS, M365 services and PowerShell. It is an advantage if the student has already completed an administration course in one of the following topics: Messaging; Teamwork, Security; Compliance or Collaboration.
