Architect Engineer |
With a minimum of 15 years of practical project experience, numerous vendor certifications and in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, our experts are able to plan, communicate and realize new software implementation and migration tasks from the conceptualization phase prior to product launch. They can also be safely entrusted with meeting specific needs during operational support, investigating extreme failures and delivering solutions. At the same time, they are able to coordinate the work of systems engineers in a professional manner to ensure that appropriate quality targets are met. |

Systems Egnineer |
A dedicated expert in the entrusted systems, with a minimum of 5 years of project experience and the necessary vendor's qualifications. Able to provide full systems operation, but with limited overall systems design knowledge for major migration or product launch projects. Ability to independently perform change management procedures, implementation or migration tasks based on the required plans. In the event of an incident, identifies the area of failure, acts as an expert to rectify it as quickly as possible and, if necessary, investigates and documents the incident and its resolution as a problem. |

Systems Administrator |
An operations support professional who can independently perform general operational tasks on the client and server network. Ability to independently correct and document frequently occurring errors or for which a knowledge article has been prepared in a previous case. Not responsible for designing systems and implementing plans. |

Our clients often request us to support or complement their own specialist staff with competences in the required professional areas. This is typically done on an hourly basis and is provided in a monthly accounting scheme. We try to offer our partners flexibility in the allocation of resources, which can be full-time or part-time. In case of a specific need for resources, we can provide several professionals at the same time for the tasks to be carried out. In specific situations, e.g. in the case of a full-time resource allocation, we can also provide specialists with a division of competences (e.g. 20% architect, 80% systems engineer). Support is provided primarily through remote working, but also through local presence, depending on the needs and nature of the project. User error reports and requests are mainly received via email and telephone channels, to which we try to respond and resolve the problem/issue as soon as possible. Our services are provided during regular working hours (5/9 = Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30). Services provided outside of regular working hours will be subject to a surcharge. |
