Face-to-face/ Classroom training IT training courses organised in equipped classrooms in our training centre or in those of our training partners. Classroom trainings are always attractive to those students who can take part in our practice-oriented courses in our modern classrooms, typically in our training centre, away from their work environment. The experience of learning together and working cooperatively, the opportunity to develop new business/partner relationships, and the possibility of ongoing personal support and reinforcement from the instructor make our classroom courses attractive. |

Online training Students have the opportunity to choose online form of learning when attending the courses. Our company uses Microsoft Teams for this type of training. Computers prepared with the lab environment can be connected via Microsoft's RDP protocol. In many cases, students prefer to participate in online courses because they can be part of the learning process in a convenient and simple way, which is just as effective as classroom trainings. The instructor and students join a Microsoft Teams-based web conference set up for the duration of the course, where training aids and other content is shared. During the course, students can follow the instructor's lecture, the content projected on the instructor's computer and a live webcam image of the instructor. They can ask questions via the audio link, which can be heard by all participants. If the student gets stuck during the exercise and reports this to the instructor, the instructor can take over the remote desktop connection to the computer and rectify the problem. Meanwhile, the student can follow the troubleshooting process on the instructor's shared monitor and have a live verbal conversation. |

On-site training We can also provide training at the Customer's premises in any part of the country on request and on the basis of an individual quotation. In the case of virtual computer rental, the fee for the instructor's computer is also charged to the Client. Students can connect to computers located in our training centre via RDP protocol. In many cases, trainings at the customer's premises is attractive because it allows the students to expand/develop their knowledge in a more flexible way, even if it is only a few hours a day, in their usual working environment, while still having time for their daily work. Where appropriate, they can learn the knowledge and practice they need, sitting in front of their own workstations, using their own individual systems. |
OUR FORMS OF TRAINING:
1. Public training courses: Courses held at our training centre or online. We advertise the course on our website in a public format, i.e. students delegated by the Client can join the course as well as students delegated by other companies. A minimum of 4 students per group is required to start a course.
2. Private training courses: Courses held at our Training Centre, at the Customer's premises or online. It is not advertised to the general public, i.e. only students delegated by the Customer may attend the course. We usually propose this form of training when the Customer: a) sends several of its engineers or users to a course; b) has a specific training theme based on customer needs.
3. Group training courses: Courses to be held at our training centre, at the Customer's premises or online will be classified as group courses if they are only offered in private and on a group application basis (Typically user training courses: min. 5 participants/group required).
